The Center of Dental Professionals Marketing Director December 2014 - May 2015
The Center of Dental Professionals is made of several offices that represent pediatric dentistry, general dentistry, a surgical center and a dental assisting program. The position was multifaceted, requiring a variety of skills to achieve business objectives for the company. I created business advertisements using programs from the Adobe suite such as Photoshop and Illustrator to create traditional and digital marketing pieces. I utilized social media as a medium to convey the company message to clients at a much higher rate than our competition.
In my first 3 months with the company I doubled our web traffic and received more Facebook and Pinterest referrals in one month than all of the company's social media referrals for the previous year combined. These numbers are only relevant however if they lead to paying customers, or in this case, new patients. As a result of my digital marketing efforts I was able to double referral patients when compared against the same time frame the previous year.
I worked closely with the CEO to create patient appreciation events that increased the branding of the company as well as community engagement. Our efforts to recruit new talent for dental positions and to recruit new students for the dental assisting program developed my sales techniques. As a result I saw incredible returns for my efforts in the form of high conversion rates and student engagement.
Attended several networking events including speaking at 15 high schools in the Salt Lake Valley
Used analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Iconosquare and others to evaluate marketing strategy
